My main goal for this project was to master the full environment art workflow: from a solid greybox blockout to high-quality stylized baking and dense vegetation scattering.Key Technical Highlights & Workflow:Modeling & Topology: Designed a clean, low-poly modular environment using Blender. Focused on tight hard-surface elements (like the kiosk structure and pipes) and organic props. All submodelling constraints were checked to ensure clean subdivision and baking.UV & Texel Density: Packed all custom props and environment structures into a highly optimized texture atlas using Unwrella. Strictly maintained a consistent game-ready texel density of 1024 px/m across all assets to prevent resolution mismatches.Texturing & Baking: Baked high-to-low poly maps and authored PBR materials using Substance Painter. Extensively utilized dynamic strokes, custom anchors, and smart materials to add micro-details like fine stitching on fabric awnings and stylized wood grains.Vegetation & Scattering: Utilized GeoScatter and custom biome integration inside Blender to achieve clean, dense grass distribution while maintaining optimized render times in Cycles.Lighting & Composition: Created an isometric storytelling layout using warm, welcoming lighting to establish a cozy, miniature-world atmosphere.Software used: Blender (Cycles), Substance Painter, GeoScatter.
